Morten
Morten joined the Avinor Instrument Flight Procedure Design team in 2006. He is an advisor for the Nordic States to ICAO's Instrument Flight Procedure Panel (IFPP) and a member of the Integration Working Group, specializing in the harmonization process from Instrument Flight Procedure Design, to charts to flight management systems. Morten has an aviation background as an AFIS officer, combined with English literature, project management and personnel management.

Hans Petter B.
Hans Petter has a background as an officer in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, work experience from ATC and as a commercial pilot. Hans Petter joined our team in 2011 and is a specialist in helicopter- and RNP/RNAV operations and Instrument Flight Procedure Design. Hans Petter is our main delegate for the RNAV Approach Implementation Support Group (RAISG) hosted by Eurocontrol.

Marta
Marta has been working as an Instrument Flight Procedure Designer for the Polish Air Navigation Services Provider PANSA since March 2008 and joined the Avinor team in 2013. Marta is an expert in RNAV/RNP and conventional procedure design with international experience. She graduated from ENAC (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile) in France and ASAP s.r.o. (Aeronautical Services And Procedures) in Slovakia. Marta also has experience in areas such as noise abatement assessments, airspace design, aeronautical studies and safety analysis.

Miklos
Miklos has a technical background from transport engineering studies specialized in Aviation and Aerospace Systems. Beside Instrument Flight Procedure Design, he has several years of experience in ATM system design as well as ATC in Area and Approach Control environments. After working with the Hungarian ANSP Hungarocontrol, Miklos joined Avinor’s team in 2017.

Michael
Michael's background is from mathematics and natural sciences at the University of Oslo where he graduated in Astrophysics. He also has extensive work experience in information technology, and is an active PPL pilot. Michael joined our team in 2011, and in addition to his Instrument Flight Procedure Design specialization, he is our technical point of contact and ADQ representative.

Hans Petter K.
Hans Petter has been working in Avinor since 2008. From 2008 to 2012 he worked as an operational specialist in AIM, before he joined the ATM team as an airspace designer until 2018. His main area has been PBN implementation in Norway, where he has contributed in all phases of such activities from planning and training to implementation. Hans Petter has also been deeply involved in the ADQ project within Avinor, working towards making the origination and publication of airspace data ADQ compliant.

Monica
Monica joined the Avinor Flight Procedure Design team in 2022. Her background as a NAVDATA analyst and Aeronautical Cartographer has aided her throughout her theoretical training and she is already engaged in PBN design for some of the most challenging terrain environments in Norway.

Stefano
Stefano is an Instrument Flight Procedure Designer with 8 years of experience in PBN based design. Stefano also has an extensive background in software validation of Instrument Flight Procedure Design tools and has been involved in several civil and military design projects. He joined the Avinor team in 2023.

Andrei
Andrei joined the Avinor Flight Procedure design team in 2024. After completing his studies at Politehnica University of Bucharest, Faculty of Aerospace Engineering, Air Navigation section, Andrei's journey in flight procedure design began in 2016 in Romania. Notably, Andrei concluded his flight procedure design studies at Singapore Aviation Academy. In 2018 Andrei transitioned to ASAP s.r.o in Slovakia. Over a span of 5 years, he gained experience in conventional procedures, PBN, and CAT H procedures. Subsequently, Andrei embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Navblue, an Airbus company where he focused primarily on the development of RNP AR flight Procedures With his diverse background, international exposure, and commitment, Andrei continues to elevate the standards of flight procedure design within the Avinor team, driving forward our mission of excellence in aviation.

Instrument Flight Procedure Designer
Kacper
Kacper is an engineer who graduated from Poznań University of Technology with a degree in aviation engineering. He did his Flight Procedure Design studies at ANI in 2021. For the past three years, he has been actively involved in designing flight procedures and managing a database in Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. His expertise encompasses both the design of flight procedures and the efficient management of crucial aviation databases.
